What Fight Picks is

Fight Picks is a social, entertainment-only platform for friends and communities to make predictions about MMA events, compare results and follow fighter information. It is not a betting, gambling, wagering or real-money gaming service. We do not accept stakes, hold funds, award cash prizes or guarantee the accuracy of event data.

Groups may choose to describe a prize for their own season. Any such arrangement is entirely between the group members and organiser; Fight Picks does not administer, fund, verify or guarantee it.

Your account

You must provide accurate, current information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian where this is permitted by applicable law.

Do not create accounts for another person without their permission, impersonate another person, share access to your account, or try to gain unauthorised access to another account, group or data.

Groups, picks and messages

Group owners manage their own groups, invitations, season settings and any informal prizes. Predictions are locked according to the event and group rules shown in the Service. Event cards, start times, outcomes, scoring and fighter details can change or be corrected after publication.

Messages and other content you post must be lawful, respectful and relevant. Do not post abusive, threatening, discriminatory, deceptive, spam, harmful, private or infringing content. Do not use automated tools to scrape, overload or interfere with the Service. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend groups or close accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

Data, results and third parties

Fight and fighter information may be obtained from public and third-party sources. It is supplied for general entertainment and information only, may be delayed or incomplete, and must not be relied on for betting, financial or professional decisions. Links, sponsors and third-party services are provided independently; their content and terms are their responsibility.

Fight Picks is an independent fan service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by UFC or any other promotion, athlete or rights holder. Names, marks and imagery belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Our content and your feedback

The Service’s design, code, branding and original content belong to Fight Picks or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, republish or exploit it without permission, except where the law allows it.

If you send feedback or feature requests, you allow us to use the ideas without compensation or obligation. We will handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We aim to keep it useful and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete data or that every feature will always be available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Changes and ending access

We may change, pause or discontinue features, or update these Terms, as the Service develops. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continuing to use Fight Picks after changes take effect means you accept them. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the Service, its members or our legal obligations.
